Claitman Engineering Associates, Inc.

Claitman Engineering Associates, Inc. was founded more than forty years ago by World War II Veteran, Ed Claitman. His goal was to provide the most efficient and practical building systems engineering design solutions. After Mr. Claitman's retirement in 1986, this approach continued as the company's cornerstone philosophy under owners Robert L. Rosenthal and Harry Hurd.

Since 1999, a seamless change in ownership by principals: Joseph P. Dilley, Todd Chamberlain, and Ronald Wuenstel, has continued to provide quality HVAC Engineering, Energy Management, Plumbing and Fire Protection design services; fulfilling the previous owners conceptions.

In 1999, Claitman added an Electrical Engineering Group offering power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, tele/data, and green building design.

Driven by a "continuing client" commitment, Claitman offers engineering solutions in the most professional manner, and has evolved into a highly respected firm in the Architectural/Engineering design community.

By organizing solid working partnerships with owners, architects, engineers, builders, Claitman integrates design solutions with clients' input and goals, within budget. This effort results in systems that enhance a building's comfort, recognizing its aesthetics while remaining reliable and energy efficient.
