Management

Joseph P. Dilley, President

Military Service: Vietnam Era Veteran, US Army, 1970-1973

Throughout 35 years as an employee, principal, and president of Claitman Engineering, Joe has participated in the survey, design, and project management efforts for hundreds of commercial, educational, and institutional buildings. These projects range from new, retrofit, and historical significant buildings. Joe has established a reputation of managing projects within given time frames and budget constraints with minimal change orders.

Todd A. Chamberlain, Vice President

1985 Pennsylvania State University, ASAS, Architectural Engineering

1987 Youngstown State University, BSAS, Structural Engineering

Todd has over 24 years of experience as a designer, project manager, and owner. His experience includes a wide variety of projects with clients ranging from institutional, religious, and commercial-to-industrial projects. His responsibilities include contract administration, project management, design, and administration of mechanical projects including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection. Todd has the ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and contractors to bring projects to a successful completion.

Ronald W. Wuenstel, Vice President

Ron has over 23 years experience in the building construction industry. He has managed the building systems engineering design for a diverse portfolio of projects. Ron has worked on everything from high-end residential to multi-billion dollar semi-conductor fabrication plants. He has the ability to adapt to a project’s needs while still meeting schedule deadlines and budgets. Ron is involved in all phases of project design from the acquisition of the project through the final punch list visit. Ron is also part of the LEED design team in the office, providing energy efficient HVAC design solutions and energy modeling.

Rick Sabol, Electrical Department Manager

Rick has over 18 years of experience as a project engineer including design for commercial, government, healthcare, and educational facilities. Responsibilities include design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, site utilities, and communications systems.

Rick has over 3 years of experience as a project manager for a large telecommunications firm. Responsible for providing lead project management in support of sales and strategic products for numerous customers. Duties include coordinating implementation activities among the branch sales team, customer, third party vendors, order entry, provisioning, CPE, test and activation centers, managed services, and several other internal groups.

Engineers

John Fehrenbach, Mechanical Engineer

John has over 10 years experience in HVAC system design and project management. He has worked for design consulting MEP firms and design/build firms with heavy experience in HVAC design for universities, K-12, retail, commercial offices, laboratories, and military facilities. John has acted as lead engineer on many projects, as well as department head of the mechanical design department with a previous employer.

Shah Haque, Senior Electrical Engineer

Shah has over 30 years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer including design for commercial, government, healthcare, and educational facilities. Responsibilities include design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, site utilities, and communications systems.

Shah also has experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Industrial and Waste Water in Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Steel Industries. Responsible for providing lead project management in support of sales and strategic products for numerous customers. Duties include coordinating implementation activities among the branch sales team, customer, third party vendors, order entry, provisioning, CPE, test and activation centers, managed services, and several other internal groups.

Production Staff

Paul Richards, Senior Mechanical Designer

Paul has over 20 years experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design in the United States and the Middle East. Prior to rejoining Claitman Engineering, Paul worked for a large plumbing contractor in the Pittsburgh region.

Jim Boris, Designer/Project Manager/CAD Operator

With over 16 years experience, Jim is a qualified building systems designer. He assists the engineer in developing systems and reflects those ideas onto a thorough and complete construction document. Jim is proficient in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design.

Kelly Sherbine, Designer/CAD Operator

Kelly has over 10 years experience in building systems design. Kelly has a good understanding of building mechanics and is able to apply that knowledge to institute complete and operating building mechanical systems. He is proficient in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design.

Melia Anderson, CAD Operator

Melia is part of the Mechanical design group and provides CAD drafting support to the various members of the department.

John Christopher, Electrical Designer/CAD Operator

John has been an electrical designer/CAD operator for over 7 years. John’s responsibilities include creating demolition, lighting, and power/systems plans for various project types.
