Todd has over 35 years of experience as a designer and project manager.  His experience includes projects with clients ranging from institutional and commercial to industrial projects.  Responsibilities include project management, design, and administration of mechanical projects including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.

 

Ron has over 30 years’ experience in design and project management of commercial, light industrial and technology-based projects.  His skills include design, contract management, budgeting and overall project management.  Ron has managed the building systems engineering design for a diverse portfolio of projects.  Ron has worked on everything from high end residential to multi-billion-dollar semi-conductor fabrication plants.  Ron has the ability to adapt to a project’s needs while still meeting schedule deadlines and budgets.  Ron is involved in all phases of project design from the acquisition of the project through the final punch list visit.

 

Rick has over 25 years of experience as a project engineer including design for commercial, government, healthcare, and educational facilities.  Responsibilities include design of power distribution systems, emergency systems, lighting and controls, fire alarm, site utilities, and communications systems. Rick has over 3 years of experience as a project manager for a large telecommunications firm.  Responsible for providing lead project management in support of sales and strategic products for numerous customers.  Duties include coordinating implementation activities among the branch sales team, customer, third party vendors, order entry, provisioning, CPE, test and activation centers, managed services, and several other internal groups

 

Jim has 27 years of experience with Claitman.  During his tenure with the company, Jim’s role has evolved – from his entry level position as a CAD Operator to his current VP role where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s largest client.  Jim is a hands-on leader who is actively involved in project design coupled with design leadership, quality assurance, and staff mentorship.  Jim also has a thorough knowledge of all phases of the building process with solution-centered design skills, strong organizational habits, practice management and project management expertise, as well as an emphasis on people skills, allowing him to manage successful projects for a range of clients.

 

 

John has over 19 years of experience in HVAC system design and project management.  He has worked for design consulting MEP firms and design/build firms with experience in HVAC design for higher-education, K-12, retail, commercial offices, laboratories, and military facilities.  John has acted as lead engineer on many projects, as well as department head of the mechanical design department with a previous employer.
