Electrical Engineer/Designer Job Description
Location Pittsburgh
Permanent Full Time
Candidate shall have a minimum of three years’ experience in designing electrical systems for commercial, utility, educational, and healthcare facilities. The applicant shall be able to develop construction documents for power distribution, electrical service entrance, lighting and controls, fire alarm, and telecommunications, as well as design specifications. The ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with clients and contractors, as well as attend project meetings is required. The ability to perform field surveys is a must. Candidate shall be knowledgeable with the latest edition of the National Electric Code, NFPA, and Energy Codes. Must have a strong knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit. FE certificate and/or PE License a plus.
