Claitman Engineering provided design engineering services for full renovation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems of an existing 12 story high-rise building located at Grant Street and William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh to convert the building into new a new Drury hotel and to create 209 new hotel rooms and suites.
